During the congress it became clear that the Wikimedia projects could prove vital for the dissemination of the cultural projects to preserve the argentine heritage carried out in Argentina. During the last day, April 6, the Digitizing proect manager of Wikimedia Argentina , Mauricio V. Genta , gave a brief talk about Wikimedia and its projects. The main objetctive is to break the current paradigm in which knowledge, in the national sphere, is generated in Buenos Aires.
